Hey Everyone,

Thank you so much for your interest in the Bernie Movement Bottom Up & the Bernie Party Networks. This is a reminder about our weekly Wednesday Conference Call Session. 6p PST, 9p EST. USA #: 712-775-7035 Access Code: 202770. This week is mainly volunteer and executive coordination. Also we have our Intro Call an hour early for those who just have questions and want to learn more about EVERYTHING going on in the Movement including Brand New Congress, United Progressive Party, the Bernie Campaign, the Phili Convention Events, and MUCH MORE. That is at 5p PST, 8p EST, but of course if people want to ask questions during the main session, that is fine too.

Additionally we are getting to the point where people MUST step up if we want to coordinate a digital summit alongside the Convention for people who don't have the time and money to travel to Phili, aka the 99.9% of people. There is no one else doing this as far as I know, so it is up to us to organize and give people the opportunity to interact within conference calls and online voting systems to support and organize across the country along with the Summits and activities going on in Phili. Anyone interested in helping?

I want to be honest and make sure everyone knows that it has been difficult to pull together our weekly conference calls, and we still need people to step up and help with internal outreach, social media posts, and also become board members if we want any hope in building a stable group to support a stable movement.

Luckily we have back up plans. So in moving forward with our communications systems, we can function more online since people don't get on the conference calls much. This particular update email list has gotten too big for open discussion. So we are now only using this email list for weekly updates, and everyone is invited to be on our OPEN Discussion email list for the Bernie Movement Bottom Up Network for those who want to be more active in discussion. There will be a one time invitation to the Open Discussion List, and then people will have to join manually. Overtime, if interest increases, we will be setting up Slack, text groups, and other communication systems for active members, and of course encouraging people to connect with other groups within the Bernie Movement.

Also Our Membership Meeting, All hands on Deck Conference Call, will be the 1st Wednesday of July, so please add it to your calendar if it isn't there already. Wed July 6th, 2016 at 6p PST, 9p EST. 

Worst Case, if the Bernie Movement continues to dissipate beyond cohesion, which is very possible, we have the backup plan of simply inviting everyone to join the larger Umbrella Peoples Movement, and folding the Bernie Movement into it. Either way eventually you will get an invitation to our Peoples Movement Bottom Up Network Membership, and this group has a much larger reach, as the Bernie Movement is just one component of the larger Peoples Movement, so it will be easier to build enough people to keep the group momentum going.

It is important to build resources to reach the goals of uniting and empowering individuals within our movement, that we are working to achieve. Please consider making a donation, especially if you aren't able to volunteer. We coordinate what we call Distributive Fundraising, where our goal is to help Fundraise for many groups and distribute the funds utilizing participatory budgeting. Basically this means there is a two step process, one donate, and two tell us where you want the funds to go. You get to be involved in the decision making for how the funds are used.
